Leif Stävmo started the Swedish branch of Guideline in 2001 and since that that day he has been a key factor for the company in a wide range or areas. Not only as one of the worlds leading product developers and rod designers, but also as a front figure for the brand, an overall nice guy and a role model for fly anglers on the Scandinavian fly fishing scene.
