कम मसाले में रेस्टॉरेंट स्टाइल अंडा करी 🍳 | Restaurant Style Egg Curry 🍳 | ‎⁨@chatoriduniya01⁩  Ingredients (Serves 2 to 4 persons) For the eggs: 6 boiled eggs ½ tsp turmeric ½ tsp red chili powder 1tbsp salt For the gravy 2 tbsp oil or ghee 2 medium onions, finely chopped ginger 1inch-garlic 6-7 7-8 cashews (soaked in warm water for 15 min) ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste 1½ cups hot water Fresh coriander for garnish Method Prepare the eggs Peel the boiled eggs and make a few shallow slits. Mix turmeric and chili powder and salt with the eggs. Heat oil/ghee in a pan. Add All raw dry spices in oil/ghee Fry onions until deep golden brown. Add ginger-garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add cashews in the oil and saute for 15-20 seconds. Now Blend all these Ingredients and make a smooth paste. Shallow-fry in 1 tbsp oil for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden. Set aside. Add some oil in the pan and flame is medium After few seconds add finely chopped onion after that finely chopped tomato and 1/2 tsp salt, coriander powder, kashmiri chilli powder and Cook for 2 minutes on low heat. Create the rich gravy Stir in the cashew, onion and spices paste. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
