panellogy 505 - my 30 fave comic "auteur artists" - pt.1 of 2

cartoonists who usually write their own stories are responsible for a good part - maybe even most - of the comics in my collection... therefore I have to do two parts with 30 ranks, this is the first one with the ranks 30 to 16. needless to say that the whole listing and ranking is terribly flawed, subjective, depending on my mood and whims and what I've read in the last year(s) ... and actually remember.
