“My dad called and said, ‘Come over, since some of the baby goats have passed away, we should milk their mothers and make yogurt.’ And also, when a baby goat is born, we cook a little bit of the fresh milk with one egg. We keep stirring it and add a bit of pink salt. After boiling for about ten minutes, it’s ready, and we eat it with bread. Just remember, in the first few days after a baby goat is born, the mother’s milk is very nutritious and doesn’t need any egg added — it naturally becomes thick on its own.
