Prof Vishnu Bhat delivered the prestigious Dr Rita Sood memorial oration in 2022 on the above topic, which is of great importance to young doctors and in fact, to all professionals. Prof Bhat is professor of Neonatology, and he was my teacher (as well as guide for my thesis) during my MD Pediatrics training at JIPMER, Pondicherry. He is a great academician, with 100s of publications-he has motivated many young doctors to achieve and excel, and is a passionate teacher.
