Automatic warehouse designed and built by Cassioli for Tramontina, a Group formed by a dozen of companies, employing seven thousand employees and produces 17,000 different items for the kitchen, as well as tools, garden tools, leisure and for homes. Cassioli installed for Tramontina the automated warehouse, all the handling system with shuttles and conveyors and the AGV Automated Guided vehicles. THE CASSIOLI SOLUTION: Double-depth automatic warehouse consisting of 3 stacker cranes 3 shuttles SLS (RGV- Rail Guided Vehicles) to handle incoming and outgoing pallets 1 entry with pallet shape control (production area) Conveyor systems to connect production area and distribution center 1 elevator to supply the distribution center 2 double picking bays 1 double exit for full pallet 1 additional entry and exit in the distribution center Self-supporting structure 41m high Double-depth warehouse with 14 levels.
