Hello, this is J'adore! :) This video is a little different from my usual ones! Last week, I filmed a recipe video for five different flavors of sable cookies.    • Sub) 5가지 맛 사블레 쿠키 만들기(바닐라/말차/초코/얼그레이/커피호두)...   While making sable cookies, I ran out of strong flour, so I just used plain flour. The texture of the baked cookies was so different that I was surprised. I thought you, our Dornjas, might be interested in this, so I quickly made a video. It's been about 4-5 years since I've made several different versions and tasted them one by one. The difference in taste was surprisingly great, and it was fun. This applies to most cookies, not just sables. I think it'll be helpful for anyone who's ever wondered how changes in ingredients lead to changes in texture. (I've had a bad sore throat this week, so my voice is really hoarse.
