Traveling from Pune to Lonavala using the famous Mumbai - Pune Expressway. This route is used by a lot of people. The route is scenic and has a lot of notable spots to view. One famous place is the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium. It has a number of residential projects from famous builders such as Lodha group. Lonavala is situated in between Pune and Mumbai. Lonavala is a favorite for residents from both cities to leave the hustle bustle of city life and find peace. Famous for it calm roads and peaceful atmosphere, Lonavala also has many tourist attractions such as Tiger Point, Aamby Valley City and more. Lonavala is also famous for its Chikki which is a food item. Throughout the video as we reach Lonavala, boards are seen for shops selling chikkis. Chikkis are found in different forms and flavors and are great to eat. The drive starts from Balewadi in Pune. We pass through different areas such as Hinjawadi, Tathawade, Punawale and Ravet before reaching the Mumbai Pune Expressway. The total drive distance was around 55-60 kms total. Due to traffic in Pune city, the duration was just above an hour. There are some stages in this video that have been sped up such as waiting time during tolls.
