David Hundeyin shared ideas that are critical to the development of Africa, and how Africa can build sustainable systems that fixes its numerous peculiarities. David Hundeyin is an international journalist, writer and broadcaster with a large body of work in the African and global media space including platforms like CNN, The Africa Report, BusinessDay and The Washington Post. His critically acclaimed investigative work has contributed to systemic change in Nigeria's justice system, and his work as a satirist on The Other News with Okey Bakassi has been featured in the New Yorker Magazine and in a Netflix documentary about the show. In 2018, David was nominated by the US State Department for the 2019 Edward Murrow program for journalists under the International Visitors Leadership Program. (IVLP). David is passionate about opening up all economic and democratic spaces in Africa, and he is known for navigating various political topics armed with his distinctively irreverent, subversive voice.
