Diaz heads to vice port and grabs a call the caller tells him there is a guy creating chaos in the city Diaz follows him the guy finishes off some cops and runs away in a helicopter He chases until the end and finishes him after that another call comes to grab near the hangar in vice port, there the caller tells him their client wants the best hitmen some are waiting at the airport Diaz joins petro and mario together they grab a helicopter and airshoot some mafia at the ship in vice port after this mission pedro asks diaz to do him a favor collect some goods all around ocean beach from arrogant guys diaz makes it pedro again tells him a helicopter is coming to drop some coke diaz destroys it grabs the coke and takes it to the abandoned construction site
