Running Windows 3.1 inside Windows ME?!

Today we're taking a look at some forgotten old functionality from the Windows 95 development times, which was a part of many Windows Chicago builds before getting prematurely removed. Those builds contained an executable which could load an existing Windows 3.1 installation on the disk as a DOS Virtual Machine, effectively allowing you to have the older operating system as a program on your desktop!
