Cardiac CT segmentation in MedSeg in under 3 minutes, no AI

A user reached out to us because he wanted to use MedSeg to isolate the heart, aorta and coronary arteries on a cardiac CT for teaching. He also wanted to use his own tool for the 3D visualisation - a tool that reads DICOM. So we added a few missing pieces to MedSeg, and this is a demo of how you can do it in under 3 minutes, no AI involved. The mask can then serve as training data, so the process gets simpler over time if it's a recurrent task. After a few such cases, I'd try to train a model for an hour or two to automate this further. We are very happy when users reach out and let us demo MedSeg. We learn from each other on concrete tasks, and it helps us identify how we can improve.
