But, I’m extremely happy with my performance. It felt great to have the adrenaline run through me as I stepped onto the tatami. I’m no longer feeling nervous. All I feel is pure excitement and joy for what I do. I did Anan in round 1. I don’t recall much of my performance though 😅 I just remember bowing and seeing my score! Thankfully I was able to place in the top four amongst great athletes securing me a spot in a difficult Quarter final round. Suparinpei was my kata of choice for that round. I’m happy with my execution but, there’s so much I must fix and improve. Excited to return home and make the necessary adjustments for Karate1-Series A Santiago, Chile. . ______________ None of this would ever be possible without the Unwavering support of my Sensei, Robert young.
