A VIDEO ABOUT BAKLAVA

A commentary on the history of baklava. Who invented baklava? Where did it come from? How did it become associated with Turkey? These were the questions that made me want to create this video. My goal was to make a complete story, one that gives you historical context and something to remember the next time you eat a piece of baklava. For the historical research, my main reference was *Kırk Kat Baklava*. I bought the book myself, read it cover to cover, and used it as the primary historical source for this video.
