A yoga retreat in Thailand

We spent the last nine days on the Thai Island of Koh Phangan at Wonderland Healing Center. This place is simply magic. It might sound dramatic to say that a yoga retreat changed my life however, it's the truth. When you stay at Wonderland It comes with unlimited yoga, unlimited vegan food, and unlimited meditation/ breath work classes. The value of this yoga retreat is truly unbeatable, but that was not the most cherished thing we got from it. We met the most amazing group of individuals who we called close friends almost instantly. I can honestly say I would hang out and spend time with every person we got to know this week. The classes I attended at wonderland honestly gave me the skills to live a happier life. I really enjoyed the structure of Wonderland because it still has a sense of independence. There is a full class schedule every day, but it's 100% up to you if you want to go to anything. You can stay for one day or never leave, and the food is honestly a highlight. The property is also a thing of beauty. It has a picture-perfect pool, and a steam sauna, and they offer Thai massage, Wonderland is simply paradise.
