Breakthroughs at Children's Hospital: Because of Our Donors

Every day, breakthroughs happen at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, thanks to the generosity of donors who believe in our mission. http://giving.chop.edu Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) was the nation's first hospital devoted exclusively to the care of children. Since our start in 1855, CHOP has been the birthplace of countless breakthroughs and dramatic firsts in pediatric medicine. And like the children we serve, our breakthroughs come in all shapes and sizes – some big, some small, all wondrous. From those that make history to routine care that simply makes childhood better, our Hospital has fostered many medical discoveries and innovations that have advanced pediatric healthcare. Today, we continue to explore new and better ways to improve children’s lives. Without the generosity of philanthropic donors, we could not succeed in our mission to help children in our communities and around the world. Gifts big and small allow us to make breakthroughs for children, every day.
