About Frank Steimel: Frank Steimel has been working in the German healthcare sector for over 20 years. He has been Chief Treasury Officer at Noventi Health SE since 2022. In September, he was appointed CFO. He is currently responsible for one of the most challenging transformation processes there. Steimel developed a clearly strategic transformation program and, together with his team, achieved a significant milestone with the refinancing of €1.4 billion. He began his training in the banking sector. Later, his positions took him to Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank and an owner-managed real estate group in Cologne.
