No baking powder or eggs are used, but the results are super beautiful and stay crispy all day! 📌 Molen Skin Ingredients: 500 grams of low-protein flour 4 tablespoons of cornstarch 80 grams of granulated sugar 2 pinches of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste 100 grams of margarine 4 tablespoons of cooking oil 150–200 ml of ice water (pour in a little at a time) 📌 Filling: Bananas (optional: raja, uli, kepok, or ekor – adjust to taste) 📌 Instructions: Mix the flour, cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Add the margarine and oil, and stir until sandy. Add vanilla and ice water little by little, knead until smooth. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, covered with plastic wrap.
