Here's the link: 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇    • COMMENT PRENDRE SES  MENSURATIONS CORRECTE...   Once you've taken your measurements, you'll need this equipment. : 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Pattern paper (or newspaper, drawing paper, basically any paper you can draw on) A pencil or a fine marker; I recommend a fine pencil A long ruler is best, or at least 30 cm (12 inches) A French curve (or a French curve) to help with drawing curved sections MEASUREMENTS TO TAKE TO MAKE THIS PATTERN Neck circumference Shoulder width (or back width) Armhole circumference (optional) Chest circumference (briefly) Underarm measurements (optional) -Bust measurement -Waist measurement -Hip measurement LENGTH MEASUREMENTS -Measure the distance from the shoulder to the bust -Measure the distance from the shoulder to the waist -Measure the distance from the shoulder to the hip CALCULATIONS To determine the neckline width 👉Measure the neck (neck circumference) and divide the measurement by 5 To determine the neckline depth 👉In my case, I used the same measurement I found for the width, since it's just a basic pattern. But the length (or depth) depends on each individual *Measure the back width and divide it in half, then add 1cm for seam allowance (My back width is 40cm, which I divided in half to get...) 👉20cm + 1cm seam allowance which will make 21cm (the rest of the explanation is in the video) *To determine the armhole length, there are 2 methods: 1st method: Measure the circumference of your armhole and divide it by 2, then add 1 to 2cm for ease of movement. 2nd method: Measure the bust measurement and divide it by 4. Add 1 to 2cm for ease of movement. MEASUREMENTS TO DIVIDE BY 4 👉Bust measurement 👉Waist measurement 👉Hip measurement We divide by 4 because we are working with 1/4 (one quarter) of the fabric.
