“I Won’t Say It’s Too Much Power… But It Is” ⚡ Land Rover EV Build (Tesla & Fellten powered)

Back in the UK with Barnaby from @electriccarconverts … and this time, things got a little out of hand. After converting a Defender in record time, we’re tackling something much older and much more delicate: a Series III Land Rover. Same EV system. Same Tesla Model 3 motor, same ‪@Fellten-systems‬ #UBP55E battery pack, but very different outcome. Because here’s the thing… This Landy was never meant to have this kind of power. We’re talking: ~250–300hp in a leaf-sprung classic! All powered from a 55kWh battery pack under the hood/bonnet Fully rebuilt axles, disc brakes, and modern drivetrain all future-proofed thanks to the CCS fast charging system! And yet… it still feels like a Series. Still rattly. Still raw. Just… a lot faster. “I won’t say it’s too much power for a Series… but it is too much power for a Series.” From green laning cruiser to tyre-chirping surprise, this build walks a fine line between preservation and transformation.
