28. Alpenregionstreffen der Schützen in Innsbruck - Reportage

On Sunday, May 17, 2026, the 28th Alpine Region Riflemen's Meeting took place in Innsbruck. More than 12,000 riflemen, camp followers, musicians, and guests from all over Tyrol and Bavaria came to the Tyrolean capital. Under the motto "Together for Our Homeland," the Alpine Region Riflemen's Association showcased what has sustained the region for decades: a sense of belonging, Christian values, the preservation of tradition, camaraderie, and the will to keep their shared heritage alive for the future. Around 1,500 riflemen and camp followers from South Tyrol participated in this large riflemen's gathering, thus setting an impressive example of loyalty to their homeland, lived camaraderie, and solidarity across today's national borders.
