The difference between Rockabilly, Neo Rockabilly and Psychobilly + Gate keeping and Image

What's the difference between rockabilly, psychobilly and neo-rockabilly? I don't really know, but I dig them all! Also, what I meant to say it's ironic that I personally thing double bass is a key feature of psychobilly, yet the meteors have many recordings without double bass... and I like them, yes, I just find the OTMAPP thing kinda funny.
