We’re cruising around Antigua, checking out some amazing views, and hiking through English Harbour. We're anchoring in a smaller anchorage where the winds spin boats 360 degrees and demonstrate how it takes a bit of time to settle in whenever we anchor down in a new spot. We also get some stunning drone shots of the coastline before saying goodbye to the super yachts that line the harbour. While underway to a scenic anchorage, Carlisle Bay, we get into a bit of boat maintenance. Our anchor chain is rusted so we fix it on the move! No mooring buoy or dock slip required. We also share a little DIY with materials we have on hand to stop galvanic corrosion by isolating stainless steel from galvanized metals. Then we test our aluminum boat for stray current using a silver silver chloride electrode to make sure everything’s in check. We’ll show you how we do it and what the results are.
