Stretches to Relieve Stiff Joints
These are great stretches for the entire body to relieve stiff and aching joints, especially the hips and lower back. Recently after aggravating my problem areas, I had to stop exercising to give my body some time to recuperate. These simple stretches are safe and easy to do for my pain areas while I slowly increase the intensity of the stretches and exercises. These stretches will also help with flexibility.
