Sailing Off Grid around Newfoundland in Winter! - A Short film!!

This week we present something a little different and something you don't see on other sailing channels - a short film recapping our winter adventure sailing around Newfoundland! All of it from a completely different perspective. We get tons of kudos regarding our "drone" imagery - so we put together a video with nothing but a bird's eye view of this adventure!! We spent the winter sailing our 47 foot steel expedition - eco-friendly, off grid sailboat with electric motors around Newfoundland in the North Atlantic Over the winter and spring sailing around Newfoundland the scenery was always incredible. However, sailing here in winter was sometimes dangerous and challenging. Film making and documenting our adventures in these conditions was nothing short of brutal and similarly challenging. The "good" or "warm" days were rare but we managed to pull off some filming between storms and bad weather. In the end, Poseidon claimed our drone and drowned her in Hare bay... Well - maybe it was pilot error...
