In this video I show how I make bicycle suspension fork elastomers, From polyurethane rod. I show the process involved for removing the old deteriorated MCU elastomers, Stripping the fork and how to put it back together. They forks are a 1995/96 Rockshox Judy SL, Which have no form of suspension movement left.
