EAC appoints Sezibera as Secretary General
http://www.ntvuganda.co.ug www.twitter.com/ntvuganda Dr. Sezibera was the preferred choice to take over from Tanzania's Ambassador Juma Mwapachu at the 9th Extra Ordinary Summit of the EAC heads of state in Dar Es Salaam. During the summit, attended by Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni, leaders called for the quick implementation of the EAC food security action plan to address the prevailing food shortage and skyrocketing commodity prices.
