In this tutorial, we’re showing you how to do UTTHITA PARSVAKONASANA \ EXTENDED SIDE ANGLE POSE A & B, as practiced in Ashtanga's Fundamental Sequence. You’ll learn how to move through the traditional vinyasa cues with the Sanskrit count and asana coordinates for each of these poses.
