I Got Stuck in the Aerial Silks

Before I became a pole dancer, I was an aerial silks enthusiast. I performed in a student showcase. I got so tangled up and stuck in the silks that three instructors had to physically shove me onto a ladder and then saw me out of the fabric using a knife from a random audience member. Aerial arts are dangerous, and it's important to warm up and cool down properly, to use safety mats, and to have qualified instructors around to help bail you out if you get into trouble.
