Experience the sights and sounds of what locals and tourists from around the world take in while exercising on the foreshore suburbs from Brighton to Glenelg. This will be a favourite for those wishing to complete indoor cardio exercise with scenery consisting of foreshore paths, beaches, a marina and canals, and a tourist look around Glenelg. It is a flat and fairly straight course with different locations to see along the way. The Glenelg area is located approximately 20 minutes by vehicle from Adelaide, the Capital of South Australia. The Run Down: Join me just north of Brighton on the foreshore path heading south. After a quick look at Brighton we head north on the coastal paths and beaches to Glenelg about 25 minutes away. We run through the heart of Glenelg and head along the canal area of North Glenelg before returning to Glenelg via the beach and foreshore paths.
