Ingredients: 500 g whole wheat flour 25 g fresh yeast 400 g water 10 g salt Oil for greasing the mold Seeds for decoration Preparation: In the mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, water, and salt and mix for 30 seconds/V4. Knead for 3 minutes, then let it rest in the mixing bowl until it doubles in volume. Use a spatula to lower the dough and set the kneading time to 1 minute. Grease the pan with olive oil and place the dough in the pan. Spread it out to fill the pan, adding any seeds you like. Let it rest and double. Preheat to 200°C, then lower to 180°C and bake for 40-45 minutes, then cool on a wire rack.
