Electa Ventures operates in the financial and investment advisory sector, with a focus on deal structuring and innovation. The company provides transaction structuring, private equity, M&A and leveraged buyouts services for private operators and private equity funds in Europe. Since 2012, it has promoted Italian SPACs and “pre-booking” vehicles to support medium-sized companies. In 2022, it consolidated a partnership with Azimut, strengthening its capabilities in investment banking and ecosystem creation to support Italian Made in Italy companies. It created the Yhox fund, aimed at emerging teams and PE operators.
