We took a 2-night, 3-day couple's trip to Miyako Island in May! Actually, Miyako Island had already entered the rainy season. It was truly a miracle that we didn't get rained on even once! This trip was almost completely unplanned and without a car. Since we stayed at a villa surrounded by nature with no shops around, we rented an electric bicycle and raced all over the island with it as our trusty partner. Normally, this dream luxury villa costs around 80,000 yen per night on Saturdays, but this time the original price happened to be surprisingly low, and by stacking shareholder benefits on top, we ended up staying for just a few thousand yen out of pocket—what a happy surprise! Precisely because we didn't have a car, we stopped countless times and felt Miyako's breeze and stunning ocean with our whole bodies. It became the most amazing 3 days.
