Fostering UK: What behaviours can you expect from children who are fostered? My experience! Expect the impact of fostering trauma on children who are fostered their behaviours to vary, but there are some behaviours you need to be aware of. In fostering for example, Anxiety & Anger, issues with food, issues with animals and stealing are all behaviours to expect. These behaviours come from my experience of being a SSW for 15 years and a Social Worker for 22. They are testimonies from foster carers about the issues they faced and the children who had experienced trauma.
