The Nui Nui is a Tiki Drink So Nice They Named It Twice

According to Beachbum Berry, the Nui Nui was first created by Don the Beachcomber in the 1930s and named the Pupule. Eventually, the name was changed to the Nui Nui. The recipe can also be found in the Smuggler's Cove book under the original name, Pupule. This has continued to be my favorite of the Don drinks.
