In this video, an explanation for how to make biological fillers (AKA Bio-Filler) using White/Blue Top Tubes is presented. Noteworthy, by remixing the buffy coat zone, the denatured albumin gel is re-infiltrated with many platelets, leukocytes and growth factors to further assist in the generation process, all while maintaining longer stability when compared to standard PRF.
