Infrared thermography is the process in which thermal imager is used to detect radiation (heat) coming from an object, converting it to temperature and displaying an image of the temperature distribution. 🔹The detected image of temperature distribution is called thermogram. 🔹Thermal imager also known as Infrared camera or thermal camera in which detector is it's center element which records infrared radiation and converts it to an electric signal and gives each signal a certain color which is then shown in the display of the thermal imager. 🔹Infrared thermography's working principle is simple that every object with a temperature above the absolute zero point (-273.10°C or -459. 67°F) emits infrared radiation.
