DAY 6 올인원 맨몸 전신근력 운동 / 이 운동 하나면 하루 전신 운동 끝 FULL BODY STRENGTHENING WORKOUT

DAY 6: Exercise Day! When you look at yourself exercising consistently as the new year begins, don't you think, "I'm a pretty good person..."? Even though you exercise every other day, it's still not easy to stick to your plan! It's already day 6, and we're more than halfway there! I'll keep pushing until the end and keep working out with you. Today's workout is a full-body strength training exercise. There are 10 exercises. The first set will be 20 reps. The second set will be 15 reps. The third set will be 10 reps. We'll work out for a total of 45 minutes. The number of reps will gradually decrease, so by the time you do the third set of 10 reps, you'll be able to do it with ease! Well, I'll do my best and see it through to the end. THE WORKOUT 1.
