Trevor Jackson Talks Meeting The Obamas, New Project Title, Writing For Tank

Trevor Jackson just kicked off his "In My Feelings" Tour at SOB's in NYC. After releasing his project last year he stops in Washington, DC. Known from his role as "Kevin" on American Crime, or even "Kris Mcduffy" on Let it Shine. During the interview with Baker, Trevor speaks on meeting the Obamas, holding the NBA championship trophy, In My Feelings project, writing for Tank, new project entitled "Still In My Feelings" and much more. Speaking on meeting the Obamas Trevor says " It still hasn't stuck in yet bro, super surreal for me being able to meet them so aspiring." "In My Feelings" the mixtape dropped in 2015, Trevor says that it's the first project he has mainly written himself and it means a lot to him. He expresses at the time there was a lot of frustrating things going on in his life. His next project is entitled "Still In My Feelings" Baker brings up having his Grandma on the project. Trevor says "I didn't even tell her she was being recorded, I just called her being in the studio I haven't spoke to her in a long time." Trevor talks about racism and the industry getting him upset. "It's now becoming about reality shows, all people care about is who is F**ing who."
