Cheese Fermented Cassava Schotel By @Cooking with Hel Yields 6 cups of aluminum foil container, 5 x 5 cm base size, 3 cm height. Ingredients: 300 gr fermented cassava 1 egg 2 tbsp sugar 25 gr melted margarine, room temp 2 tbsp all purpose flour 150 ml milk 30 gr grated cheese 2 tbsp raisins Topping: almond slices / grated cheese Bake at 165°-175° C until cooked.
