I spent 96 hours alone in a frozen forest, living in a hot tent and facing extreme winter conditions. The first two days were hit by a violent blizzard, with evening temperatures around –10°C and nights dropping below –30°C. Inside the tent, the stove kept the temperature close to +35°C, creating a sharp contrast with the deadly cold outside. The next two days were calmer, and I spent long hours outside in just a T-shirt, adjusting the camp and enjoying the forest. My dog disappeared chasing animals for an entire day and night, and I thought he was gone — until he returned when I called him home.
