We've arrived at a magnificent spot, surrounded by nature, on the banks of the legendary Canal du Midi. While the location remains secret to preserve the excitement of the game, the atmosphere is already incredible! Today, we're tackling a series of geocaches, including a famous Labcache that promises to lead us to discover hidden treasures. Everything starts off well on the trail... but nothing will go as planned! Between the strong wind, missing caches, treacherous thorns, and unexpected events, our two-hour plan will turn into a real expedition. Fortunately, the day also holds some wonderful surprises, such as an unlikely encounter with barge owners and the discovery of a fascinating beehive. Grandma Nomad joins us in the afternoon to continue the quest, and we'll even explore a tunnel under the canal before climbing to the top of a mountain offering a breathtaking panorama. Info/Tips: Labcaches: A type of geocaching that guides you to several successive points of interest to solve puzzles. Capitelles: Charming little dry-stone huts steeped in history, which you'll discover during our Labcache. Unusual Place: Don't miss the beehive with its observation window and the one-of-a-kind circular pond! 💡 The Mystery of the "Giant Cheese": During our walk, we stumbled upon an absolutely unique panorama. Imagine a vast circular plain, divided into plots radiating from its center like the spokes of a bicycle wheel. This place isn't the result of chance, but of an ancient feat of engineering: it's a former marshland drained centuries ago by hard work, thanks to an ingenious drainage system converging on an underground tunnel.
