Since 1905, the Maeklong Railway has run directly through the market’s center, with vendors skillfully adapting to the eight daily train passages, creating a unique and dynamic shopping experience that operates seven days a week. Next, we explore the lively Soi Cowboy, a location steeped in history and culture. Established in 1972 by American T.G. "Cowboy" Edwards, this vibrant area initially catered to American soldiers stationed nearby and quickly gained popularity among tourists from around the world.
