How about the mental wellbeing of African nationals ( parents & children) in South Africa?

Hello loved people, welcome back to Minniesmentalhealth. In my video today, I talk about the impact of the mental health of the parents/ cargivers and as well as the children of African nationals living in South Africa and those in another nations. I share my experience as a South African married to a Nigerian man with a son who shares both heritages. Most importantly, I share a Bible scripture about peace ( see below) and talk about how as Christians we need to uphold the Word of God far above our cultural heritage.
