Southpark Mall (Spencer, IA) - It survived the flood

I am happy to share a success story. Southpark Mall could have closed forever after the town of Spencer was hit with a major flood in June 2024. However, due to a proud owner who wanted Spencer, IA to have a shopping center, the mall was fixed up and opened again by the end of October 2024.
