Dulwich College Yangon - New Campuses 2017

Dulwich College Yangon opened the doors to their Star City campus in August 2017. The founding students arrived for their first day of school on Monday 21 August at the purpose-built campus, set in the landscaped surroundings of the Star City development in Yangon, Myanmar. The new campus features dedicated indoor and outdoor learning spaces for DUCKS (age 2 – 6), Junior School (7 – 10) and Senior School (11 – 13) and opens with a faculty of experienced teachers, many of whom have joined from other Dulwich Colleges around the world. The founding cohort of students is made up of 12 different nationalities from Toddler to Year 8, with students travelling to the campus from all over Yangon. The Pun Hlaing campus also opened the doors to a new Middle School facility at the same time, expanding on the current DUCKS and Junior School. The facilities across both campuses will, on completion, include a 350-seat black box theatre, science laboratories, art and design studios, libraries, gymnasia, 25m and 50m swimming pools, and sports fields.
