The 10 Minute Character Animator Challenge

Is it possible to draw, rig, and perform with a Character Animator character in under 10 minutes? Let's find out. Starting in Photoshop, I'll attempt to draw and organize a half torso character, and then I'll import and rig it over in Character Animator for performance capture animation.
