The following video documents Zoom footage of the April 15, 2026 Financial Plan Hearing for the 2026 year in the RM of Springfield, Manitoba, Canada. This event consisted of a presentation by the Manager of Finance (https://www.rmofspringfield.ca/p/admi..., then the hearing allowed comments and questions from the public and Council. A copy of the presentation slides was available as a handout when coming in-person, but not available prior to the hearing. As was raised at this hearing, there was some information provided to the public to review was revised within approximately a day without notification.
