If you want to eliminate anxiety and stress, manage your emotions effectively, manage stress, and act with composure, Dale Carnegie's book "Stop Worrying, Start Living" is for you. By correctly analyzing sadness, anxiety, worries, and misgivings, it's possible to live a better and happier life. Here are four suggestions I've quoted and interpreted from the book: 1) Focus on the Present: If you focus on any moment other than the present, you're bound to experience anxiety and worry. The past is the past; you can't go back and change it. The future, however, will come. There's only one true moment: the present. Live for today. 2) The worst possible outcome of your worries isn't as bad as you think. Ask yourself, "What's the worst that could happen if what I fear comes true?" 3) Don't hate or hold grudges against anyone. Hatred and resentment don't harm anyone else, they only harm you. When you hate someone, you're giving them your most precious possessions: your time, your energy, your health, your happiness, and your peace. Don't waste even a single minute thinking about people you dislike. 4) Don't expect anything in return for the kindness you do. If you do a kindness expecting something in return, and the person you've done it for turns out to be ungrateful, it programs your mind for anxiety, regret, and sadness.
