Day 0 - अनार्य जीवन से आर्य मार्ग तक — एक चरणबद्ध पथ
This series is not for inspirational speeches, mental peace, or intellectual enlightenment. Its purpose is to: 👉 End all remaining accounts of suffering in this very life 👉 And irreversible progress on the path of Dhamma. What we are about to achieve can be summed up in eight clear accomplishments: 1. From Chaos to a Disciplined Life (15 Steps of Dhamma) Through the 15 Steps of Dhamma, life will be established Direction, Consistency, and a clear structure of training. ➡️ Result: Conduct will no longer be governed by habits, but by trained discernment. 2. Establishment of Wisdom-based Morality Here, Morality does not come from fear or pressure. We will see firsthand: How unwholesome actions block samadhi, How they distort vision, And how they make Vipassana impossible. ➡️ Result: Natural restraint, which leads to peace without guilt. 3. Beginning of True Samadhi (through Samatha) By understanding the breath in four stages: Continuity of mind, Concentration, and stability will be established. ➡️ Result: A mind that can remain still, and is suitable for wisdom. 4. Establishing the Mind to the Fourth Jhana Jhana is not an experience, but rather the abode of the mind. Upon reaching the Fourth Jhana, the mind is: Pure, Balanced, And free from gross afflictions. ➡️ Result: The ability to perceive the five khandhas without delusion. 5. Right Vipassana on the Five Khandhas Vipassana here is not a technique, but complete understanding— with the four dimensions of the yoniso manasikāra: Sarthak—Why is it arising? Sapaya—Does it lead to liberation? Indriya-gochar—Where are the senses really going? Asamoha—Seeing without delusion. ➡️ Result: The Khandhas are no longer I, mine, or witness— They are understood and released. 6. Correct Understanding of the Suññāgara The Suññāgara is not a room. According to the Mahavedal Sutta— Suññ means being free from attachment, aversion, and attachment. ➡️ Result: The mind resides devoid of afflictions. 7. Direct Recognition of the Path-Fruit This is not a belief or a nomenclature. Sotapanna, Sakadagami, Anagami, and Arahant— Knowing these states for oneself. ➡️ Result: There is no longer any confusion about "where I stand." 8. Pure Life to the End of Life No accumulation even after attainment. No new karma, no new bondage. ➡️ Result: A life free from burden, simple, and liberated, until final Nibbana.
